My name is Mary Bowden and I look forward to engaging in exciting learning experiences with you: exploring cognitive development behaviors, social, family and community issues! I want to prepare you for college bound, internships/grants, scholarships, apprenticeships and career pathways!

My Practice is unique and fun! I welcome you to my customized virtue counseling sessions! We utilize: art, dance, music, role play/drama and yes, communication (google docs/sides), reading and writing skills, etc.! I foster an environment of trust and safety to assist you into developing your unique self!

As a child, I watched her determination, super strong will, resilence and more importantly always igniting fires discussing the importance of values, cultures, self-respect and work ethics to always be better; do better; never settle for mediocrity!
Her struggles raising eight children leaves an indelible imprint in my mind and soul for that, I will always love you mom! I will always remember you impacting my life in a positive and dynamic way: to never give up and never allow anyone to influence you and always believe in yourself! She emphasized, you can do anything you put your mind to accomplish!

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity Disorder:
Inattention-difficulty paying attention or sustaining focus: easily distracted by external stimuli: forgetful in daily activities (e.g., losing keys, homework): trouble following instructions or completing tasks: difficulty organizing tasks or time.
Hyperactivity: excessive fidgeting or movement; difficulty sitting still: talking excessively and impatience.
